Chicken Pizza

I made a Pizza again. Filling, chicken with rosemary seasoned, pineapple chunks, Parmesan & Mozzarella Cheese. Yummy...plan to made another for Buka Puasa today and maybe with a few alterations. Later, I'll upload. To all Muslim readers, Happy Fasting and Salam Ramadhan.

The Doughnuts before the sugar coating

Weee........Okay, for the past few days I have been craving for doughnuts like crazy. Almost every day of my tea-times I fried the doughnuts. Crazy huh... Sometimes, I fried the traditional ring-O shape or a simple round-shape as shown above whenever I can't hardly bear the temptation anymore.

Erm, maybe you guys should try this, try to add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder into the doughnuts dough. Then, let your dough rest for couple of hours. Your doughnuts will get the best homemade doughnuts ever. Trust me, you'll addicted to it. ;-p

Simple fine/confectionery sugar coated doughnuts, the top most my family favourites.
