Dear Customer, 
please feed your eye with these policies before ordering.Glad to let you know I am doing this on my own single hands in my mum's kitchen and Yes it is 100% homemade. Your understanding and considerable is highly appreciated. I may followed with thousand and million thanks. 


Delivery:
:: Please noted we advise our customer to collect the 'sweets' in AMPANG region Only! 
:: If the delivery urgently needed, delivery service is available within Klang Valley for order RM60 & above ONLY.
:: Surcharge will be RM40.00 for areas within the Klang Valley per address.


Order and Purchasing:
:: Please noted that I am doing this project with alone my own pair hand.
:: 1 to 3 days order in advance order needed for a simple cake.
:: 1 or 2 weeks earlier for fancy and cute cookies and any special request cake.
:: You may request any special design/theme on your cake or cookies. Just let me know.


Payment:
:: 50%  deposit needed once confirm. Either Cash or Cheque.
:: Full payment upon collection.
:: No refund for any cancellation.
